We will charge your credit card accordingly only after informing you of the additional charges.
Delivery Time
Delivery times will vary. Most orders will ship within 2 -3 business days and arrive within 5 – 7 business days. Shipping time varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
Large and bulky items such as manual wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs, lift chairs and Electric Scooters may take up to 2 - 3 weeks. Shipping time varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
Custom items may take up to 3-4 weeks. Shipping time varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
To expedite your order, kindly contact our customer service department at service@alltimemedical.com. Extra charges may apply.
If these delivery times cannot be kept, we will immediately notify you and give you various alternatives and options which includes an option to cancel your order.
If you are unavailable to receive the shipment when your order arrives, we will notify you that an attempt was made. We will attempt a second time after which we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
30 day Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy except for any custom product built to order, hospital beds, bath safety or commodes, due to hygiene issues. For all other items, the following conditions must be met:
- The 30 day policy begins 30 days from the date of the customer receipt and arrives at the vendor location within 30 days from said date.
- All Time Medical issues an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
- Product is in its original packaging material, was not used, not damaged and clean.
- Product must arrive at the vendor’s location within 30 days from customer receipt date.
- Shipping charges and restocking fees (20%) are the responsibility of the customer as well as the original shipping charges of the item to the customer, unless the customer received the wrong product. In that occurs, then some manufacturers will replace the item entirely at ther own expense. Others, will only send parts to correct the damage. They will not accept a return unless the customer obligates themselves to the standard restocking and shipping fees that were mentioned.
- If all of the conditions are met, the refund will be issued only after receipt and satisfactory examination of the returned item.
Cancellations
An order cancelled after it is shipped, will have the 30 day return policy apply as explained above.
Payment Options
We accept, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express or Google Checkout.
Since all the information is encrypted, you can safely enter your personal information and rest assured that the data will be safely transferred to our server for order fulfillment.
If you would like to pay with a check or money order, kindly contact us at 866-406-3099. We will gladly accommodate you but we will only ship the merchandise after the check or money order clears.
