Return Policy

Please note: the policies below apply when the customer wants to return an item on his own volition. Should an item arrive damaged or defective, rest assured that we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

We pride ourselves on the speed at which we process orders.Most of the process is automated and therefore we cannot edit or cancel orders after they have been placed.

Most items that we sell may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping and restocking fees (where applicable), provided you follow the instructions listed below.

All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be within 30 days of receipt
  • The item must be brand new and unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be completely clean, no cracks scratches etc.
  • The item cannot be on the non-eligible list below


Items not eligible for returns:

  • Due to hygienic regulations, bathroom products, such as commodes, raised toilet seats, grab bars, tub rails, bath lifts, transfer benches, bathroom wheelchairs  etc
  • Oxygen tanks and tubing
  • Gift cards
  • Special order items
  • Any used product
  • Any item not in its original packaging
  • Any item specifically marked as “non-returnable” in the product description


Instructions for returning a product:

  • Customers must request an RMA (Return Authorization Number) by phone or email within 30 days of receipt of item. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an RMA number. It is solely the manufacturer's decision whether or not to provide an RMA number for the customer.
  • Our returns department will request an RMA from the appropriate manufacturer and get back to the customer with return information within 24-48 business hours.
  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the RMA number
  • Mail it to the address provided with the RMA number. You can send the package UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please make sure the item is packaged properly. Any damage due to incorrect packaging is the responsibility of the customer
  • Please allow 4 weeks for the credit


Charges and Fees:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • In addition any item that was advertised as “Free Shipping”, our actual shipping costs will be withheld from your refund (even though you return the item to us, the original shipping has been paid by us to a freight service, UPS, FedEx etc. and cannot be refunded)
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns


Undeliverable items:

  • Any undamaged item that is refused at delivery or if the carrier attempts to deliver 3 times and is unsuccessful will be returned to the manufacturer and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as the cost of the shipping both ways
