Back in September I ordered your Phoenix 3 wheeled scooter for my husband who had just had part of his foot amputated. Your service was amazing, and you answered all my many questions completely. Best of all the shipping was free, and it arrived in a couple of days. My husband has used it at many dog shows that we attend. It is so easy to take apart, and load & unload from whatever vehicle we use.

Since then two of our friends have seen the scooter--and ordered it based on how much we like my husband's. They too are so pleased -- and said they even got a bag for free with it!. Just sent the info to another friend in Florida today.

So I just wanted to let you know that your helpfulness and willingness to spend time with me answering questions has really paid off. We will continue to recommend you to anyone who asks about the scooter.

I want to say thank you so much for the incredible service you've offered at a very busy time of year. We ordered a rollator from your company last Sunday in Colorado and it arrived Wednesday of that same week - which we thought outstanding in itself - but when we were able to inspect the product we became even more excited! At her larger size it's difficult to find equipment that will accomodate my mother in law but you offered a wonderful quality rollator and at a lower price than any other place we'd found. She was so thrilled that she cried as this has been a two year wait for her. We couldn't have been more pleased when we watched the immediate difference the rollator made for her - it will quite literally change her life! Her weight is well supported when walking and it also handles her when sitting down on the comfortable seat! This was no flimsy piece of equipment that is often found in local shops - the welding is a testament to the care taken to assure the client's safety and her feeling of security using her new rollator is heart warming!

I did a lot of research online as well as locally for a lightweight transport chair for my mother's visit. I found the lightest weight chair at www.alltimemedical.com, only 14 lbs., and the very best price on this website. Unfortunately, having decided rather late, I needed this for her upcoming visit in three days, not including the weekend. I called and spoke to Reuven who managed to have this chair shipped in exactly that amount of time (which still included the free delivery!) Of course I was extremely pleased, but my mother LOVED the "plaid seat that looks like Burberry!" This chair, This chair manufactured by Drive Medical, impressed me with the quality, and my mother is thinking she is a fashionista! I am bookmarking this website for any other medical needs that arise in my family. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We ordered this wheelchair online on Monday, after I talked to a very nice gentleman at your company. He assured me that the wheelchair would be shipped quickly, and that we would receive it before we go on vacation this coming weekend. On Tuesday afternoon, the wheelchair arrived! I could not believe it.

On Christmas Eve I called your company to order a wheelchair for my husband Chuck. We were trying to get a wheelchair that would fit though the doorways without the added expense of a remodel to our home. I was lucky, your salesman Reuven answered my phone call and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the wheelchairs that you carry.

I ordered the Drive Viper with a 16" seat and it is great and no problems fitting though the doorways. Even with the loss of his left leg, my husband is now able to do many more things for himself. It has opened all of our home to him and his new wheelchair.

Reuven got my order in motion that very same day. I also received a confirming e-mail and the UPS tracking number. The chair was shipped from the East Coast to California, Holidays, bad weather and all; we still received the wheelchair on January 3rd.
