If you've ordered the wrong product, or you've found it defective, damaged, please let us know immediately at customerservice@alltimemedical.com

We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase. A restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase amount will be applied.

Shipping is non refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

If the product was shipped free, we will keep a shipping fee of $9.95 and the restocking fee from the refund.

Items must be in unopened, unused and re-sellable condition. Refunds will be processed when the item is received by us, within 3-4 business days.

Some items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. They include but are not limited to:
